Helping you feel better
As a personal trainer and Zumba instructor, I've experienced firsthand the transformative effects of massage on my body. Over the years, massage has become an invaluable tool in my recovery journey, helping me heal from injury and correct imbalances I didn't even know existed. Initially, I practiced a deep, "no pain, no gain" approach, but I quickly learned that effective massage can be delivered without causing severe discomfort—and still achieve excellent results.

My goal is to tailor each treatment to your body’s unique needs, whether you're dealing with injury or want to improve your posture. I specialize in relieving aches, pains, and muscle imbalances to help you feel better.

I incorporate techniques like Myofascial Release to address fascia adhesions, along with cupping and Graston. My approach blends deep tissue swedish massage, therapeutic massage, and sports injury recovery. Post massage, I will give you some exercises or stretches to help aid in recovery.
