The bounce back into fitness can be challenging but let us help you on your journey, while bonding with your little one! We help postpartum moms get back into fitness and feeling strong. We want YOU to feel POWERFUL, STRONG AND SUPPORTED in our amazing community.

BABY FITT
Whether you prefer to workout with your baby in a carrier or without, this class offers cardio and resistance training tailored for moms and their little ones. Babies love cardio Kickboxing & Zumba, so we make sure YOU both love it!
(2 months - 12 months) Class is 50 mins starting at 11am.

STROLLER FITT
Ready to get outside with your little one this year?
Welcome to Stroller Fitt — where we mix walking, running, and strength training to keep you moving! It’s the perfect way to enjoy the outdoors, connect with other moms, and get a great workout — all with your baby along for the ride. Classes start in June and run every Tuesday & Thursday at 11 AM.
Looking for something a little different?
Join our Outdoor Bootcamp — battle ropes, tires, weights, and all! Babies are welcome to hang out while we sweat it out together. This class is designed for intermediate fitness levels. This class is every Wednesdays at 12pm.
Two punchcard options available for the ultimate flexibility this summer — come when it works for you!

A gentle program where babies can join us on the mat! Explore Pilates, mobility exercises, and stretching designed to rejuvenate and strengthen moms, with your baby right by your side. Lets work on our core, pelvic floor and feeling good in our bodies. (6 weeks to 6 months)
