My Vision 

Having worked in the fitness industry for the last 12 years, I knew I wanted to keep teaching but I knew in order to have more impact I needed to really get to know my clients and their goals.

During covid I began the small group classes and they were a hit and I continued to find the best way to offer small group training so that I could offer modifications, corrections and make adjustments if need be.

 My goal is to keep participants injury free and challenge them within their capabilities. Feeling welcome and part of the crew is my ultimate goal as working out is always more fun in a group than on your own.

Anne-Marie Gagne

Born and raised in Ottawa, I have always had a passion for fitness. Playing every sport possible, I discovered the hard work, dedication and training techniques it takes to achieve my goals.


I am a part of the NCCP (National Coaching Certification Program) in Competition with the Special Olympics where I helped coach competitive basketball and track and field. I enjoy being able to guide and coach someone until they can realize their full potential.

 

I always strive to bring my best to each class ensuring that everyone leaves feeling energized. Join me Thursdays for Strength at 6:30pm and Saturdays for 9am Bootcamp and 10:15 Bootcamp Adv.

TIm Bourque

I am the owner of Monkey Bar Fitness and ready to inspire others along their fitness journey with Bri Fitt Fitness.

My passion for Spartan races & history with triathlons has allowed me to dive deeper into running and obstacle race training as well as endurance training. 

Through working with a diverse group of clients, I’ve realized that all bodies are unique and each person has their own goals and lifestyle.

Getting in shape shouldn’t be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make.

 

I will show you how strong you really are. Join me on Thursdays 12pm for Intervals (power)

Chantalle ROBITAILLE

I am truly passionate about health and fitness and love to teach group fitness classes. My favourite classes to teach are high intensity interval training classes.

 

I am a very active person who enjoys running, cycling and team sports like hockey and basketball. I love helping people stay active and reach their fitness goals. I'm known for my highly energetic cardio classes. Join me Wednesdays 7:15pm for Intervals.

CaroliNE Rail

I am a fitness enthusiast and my absolute favourite class to teach is cardio kickboxing. The energy in the room while teaching cardio kickboxing is outstanding.

My fitness journey began at a very young age where I played numerous sports like gymnastic, fastball and competitive volleyball which allowed me to learn, grow and develop a variety of training techniques and fall in love with fitness. My second passion (after fitness), is nutrition and healthy living.  I believe that nutrition is the key to healthy living. 

I will make you smile and sweat while keeping you energized Join me on Fridays at 6pm for Cardio Kickboxing.

Michelle Elston

I believe that health is our most important asset because we cannot do the things we need to, want to or love to do without it.

 

I have always made fitness a priority as I get so much energy from exercise. As a busy mom of 3, I understand the challenges people face trying to make time for exercise. I am truly passionate about helping others live happy, healthy, energetic lives. Nothing pumps my heart up more than encouraging participants to accomplish more than they thought they were capable of!

 

I will encourage you and be your biggest cheerleader.

CHRIS NEWLOVE

I've been working in the fitness industry for over 30 years and have loved every moment of teaching classes and inspiring people in the fitness industry. I studied Kinesiology and Psychology and became passionate about using fitness to improve both physical and mental health. 

I love working with people of all ages and levels and strive to create a fun, safe and challenging working environment for all participants. 

Join me Monday 6:15pm Intervals, 7:30pm Intervals and Wednesday 7:15pm Intervals.

Let the enthusiasm and energy of the group be your fuel.
